Installation

Heater Core Case:

INSTALL
1. Heater core.
2. Install a new heater hose.
3. Heater pipe and heater water control bracket attaching screws.
4. Heater core cover and attaching screws.
5. Tubular support brace to the door pillar and instrument panel reinforcement brace.
6. Electronic Control Module (ECM) and connect the electrical connectors.
7. Temperature control cable and bracket assembly at heater cover and connect heater door control shaft.
8. Side window defroster to heater cover screws and connect the extension.
9. Side window defroster flex hose.
10. Right side hush panel.
11. A/C distributor duct and connect the flex hose.
12. Instrument cluster bezel including the tilt wheel lever and I.P. pad.
13. Connect the battery negative cable.
14. Fill the cooling system and check for correct operation.
