Clutch Switch: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable and set parking brake.
2. Remove retaining screw and switch from clutch pedal bracket, rotate switch slightly, and pull switch actuating lever from hole in pedal arm.
3. Disconnect electrical connector and remove switch.
4. Position replacement switch with actuating lever installed in hole in pedal arm, then secure switch to bracket with retaining screw.
5. Connect electrical connector to switch and adjust by fully depressing clutch pedal. If readjustment is necessary, depress detent on switch adjusting block and slide block fully forward on switch rod. Fully depress clutch pedal to complete adjustment.
