The Code 43 diagnostic chart "Electronic Spark Control (ESC) (Knock Control Failure)" is revised to correct the resistance check of the knock sensor.








This chart will replace the present Code 43 Chart (Electronic Spark Control (ESC) Knock Control Failure) in Section 6E "Driveability And Emissions" in all 1987-1988 "R" Service Manuals with 1.5L (VIN 9) turbo engine applications.
