A/C Module Replace

NOVA

1. Disconnect battery ground cable and discharge refrigerant.
2. Disconnect refrigerant lines from evaporator fittings, then plug lines and open fittings.
3. Remove evaporator inlet and outlet fitting grommets.
4. Remove glove box and lower instrument panel cover.
5. Disconnect main A/C harness connector and electrical connector from A/C switch.
6. Remove 4 nuts and 3 bolts securing A/C module, then lower module.
7. Remove A/C amplifier and harness assembly from A/C module.
8. Reverse procedure to install.
