Electronic Brake Control Module: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove storage tray and insulation.
3. Disconnect control module electrical connector, then depress spring clip located under neck of compressor to remove module relay from control module bracket.
4. Remove two control module attaching bolts, then the control module, Fig. 59.
5. Reverse procedure to install. Torque control module mounting bolts to 22 inch lbs. Perform ABS system check.
