Condenser HVAC: Service and Repair

REMOVE
1. Battery negative cable.
2. Radiator cap.
3. Air cleaner assembly.
4. Accumulator attaching screw and reposition accumulator away from condenser.
5. Accumulator bracket.
6. Fan upper retaining screws and reposition fan.
7. Cooling fan relay electrical connector.
8. Fan upper support shroud.
9. Accumulator hose and compressor hose from condenser.

CAUTION: Cap or plug open lines immediately

10. Condenser from vehicle.

INSTALL
1. Condenser.
2. Remove caps or plugs from accumulator hose and compressor hose and install hoses onto condenser.
3. Fan upper support shroud.
4. Cooling fan relay electrical connector.
5. Fan upper retaining screws.
6. Accumulator bracket.
7. Accumulator.
8. Air cleaner assembly.
9. Radiator cap.
10. Battery negative cable.
