With Manual A/C

Control Assembly Vacuum Line Routing:

REMOVE
1. Negative battery cable.
2. Instrument panel accessory trim plate.
3. Screws securing console trim plate and reposition trim plate for access.
4. Control head assembly.

a. Remove four screws.
b. Carefully rotate control head for temperature cable access and remove cable.
c. Disconnect electrical connectors.
d. Disconnect vacuum harness.

INSTALL
1. Control head assembly.

a. Connect vacuum harness.
b. Connect electrical connectors.
c. Temperature cable.
d. Install four screws. Tighten Control head screws to 1.9 Nm (17 in lb).

2. Console trim plate.
3. Instrument panel accessory trim plate.
4. Negative battery cable.
