Pressure Relief Valve
Rear Head Details - V5 Compressor:
Compressor Components:
Remove or Disconnect
^ Be sure the compressor has no change.
1. Pressure relief valve (2).
2. O-ring (46).
Install or Connect
^ Lubricate the threads of the pressure relief valve (2) and new O-ring seal with 525 viscosity refrigerant oil.
1. New O-ring.
2. Pressure relief valve (2).
Tighten
^ Pressure relief valve (2) to 9 N.m (84 in.lbs.).
Important
^ Leak test the compressor.
