REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Negative battery cable.
2. Refrigerant from the system.
3. Storage Box.
4. Cover assembly.
5. Electrical connections.
6. Nut from the fitting block.
7. Screws that hold the assembly to the body.
8. Blower motor and evaporator assembly.

INSPECT
Gaskets for damage; if damaged, replace.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Gaskets to inlet and outlet refrigerant lines.
2. Blower motor and evaporator assembly.
^ Tighten screws to 5 N.m (4 in. lbs.).
^ Tighten nut to the fitting block 25 N.m (18 ft. lbs.).
3. Electrical connections.
4. Cover assembly.
5. Storage Box.
6. Refrigerant to the system.
7. Negative battery cable.
