With Air Conditioning

Air Distribution Components:

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Battery ground cable.
2. Drain cooling system into suitable container.
3. Raise and support vehicle.
4. Drain tube from heater case, then disconnect coolant inlet and outlet hoses from heater core.
5. Lower vehicle, then remove right and left side sound insulators (hush panels) and steering column trim cover.
6. Heater outlet duct, then the glove compartment.
7. Pull heater core cover straight back, ensuring not to break drain tube.
8. Heater core clamps, then the heater core.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Heater core, then the heater core cover.
2. Heater outlet duct, then the glove compartment.
3. Right and left side sound insulators (hush panels) and steering column trim cover.
4. Raise and support vehicle.
5. Drain tube to heater case, then connect coolant inlet and outlet hoses to heater core.
6. Lower vehicle.
7. Fill coolong system.
8. Battery ground cable.
