Heater Core Case: Service and Repair

Remove or Disconnect

- Disable the SIR system.
1. IP assembly.
2. Screws and floor outlet, turning clockwise and to the right to release from rear floor air outlet.
3. Screws and heater core cover.

Install or Connect

1. Heater core and screws. Tighten screws to 1.4Nm (12 in. lbs.).
2. Floor outlet and screws; verify proper engagement to rear floor air outlet. Tighten screws to 1.4 Nm (12 in. lbs.).
3. IP assembly.
- Enable the SIR system.
