Perform injector balance test,
Inspect regulator operation

Check fuel pressure.
Faulty Fuel Evaporative system, Check Fuel Evaporative system.

and valves
Fuel in crankcase being Remove [1][2]PCV from crankcase
sucked through PCV valve and retest emissions.
