REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Disable the Supplemental Inflatable Restraint (SIR) system, refer to Disabling the Supplemental Inflatable Restraint (SIR) System. Air Bag(s) Arming and Disarming
2. Radio assembly.
3. With access through radio opening, release heater core cover from retention clips.
4. Screws and floor outlet, turning clockwise and to the right to release from rear floor air outlet.
5. Engine coolant.
6. Raise vehicle.
7. Heater hoses from heater core.
8. Drain tube elbow from heater core cover.
9. Lower vehicle.
10. Screws and heater core cover.
11. Heater core screws, clamps, and heater core from vehicle.
