Front Heater Core

1. Disconnect battery ground cable, then drain cooling system.
2. Remove righthand sound insulator panel.
3. Remove inlet and outlet hoses at heater core.
4. Open glove box and remove retaining screws, then disconnect glove box lamp electrical connector.
5. Remove glove box from instrument panel, then the instrument panel brace retaining nut and bolt.
6. Remove instrument panel brace, then disconnect vacuum harness from vacuum electric solenoid.
7. Remove vacuum electric solenoid to heater core cover retaining screws.
8. Remove heater core cover screws, then the cover and heater core.
9. Reverse procedure to install.
