Front Toe Adjustment

Fig. 2 Front Toe Adjustment:

1. Loosen lock nut on tie rod ends, Fig. 2.
2. Ensure boot seals do not twist, set steering wheel in a straight-ahead position, loosen jam nuts on the tie rod ends.
3. Rotate inner tie rod end to obtain correct toe angle.
4. After adjustment has been completed according to recommended specifications, check that the number of threads showing on each tie rod is nearly equal.
5. Ensure tie rod ends are square, then torque to specification.
