Connecting Rod: Service and Repair

Assemble pistons to connecting rods as shown in Fig. 13.
Upon installation, measure the connecting rod side clearance using a suitable feeler gauge. Refer to SPECIFICATIONS/MECHANICAL SPECIFICATIONS/ENGINE REBUILDING SPECIFICATIONS for connecting rod side clearance.
