Fig. 5 Shock Absorber Attachment:

1. Raise and support vehicle.
2. Remove shock absorber attaching nut, Fig. 5.
3. Remove retainer, grommet and attaching bolts.
4. Remove shock absorber.
5. Reverse procedure to install. Tighten attaching nut to specification and torque attaching bolts to 20 ft. lbs.
