Clutch Switch: Service and Repair

Fig. 15 Clutch Start Switch Replacement:

1. Disconnect battery ground cable and set parking brake.
2. Remove hush panel from under instrument panel.
3. Remove clip securing clutch start switch actuating lever to clutch pedal, then disengage lever from pedal arm, Fig. 15.
4. Remove clutch start switch to pedal bracket retaining screw, then disconnect electrical connector and remove switch.
5. Reverse procedure to install.
