Universal Breakout Box:
Used to test individual circuits in the system by monitoring voltage or resistance using a high impedance multimeter. Can also be used for pinout circuit checks by disconnecting the option adapters at the vehicle system control module. Refer to ECM/PCM/VCM Connector End View tables in appropriate engine section for specific engine adapter harness J 39700-XXX.
