DTC 99

NOTICE: Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) 98 or 99 will be stored when an invalid program is detected by the Powertrain Control Module (PCM). Reprogram PCM. If DTC 98 or 99 continues to be displayed using a Tech 1 (or equivalent scan tool), replace PCM.
