Water Pump Installation
WATER PUMP INSTALLATION 1.
Install the water pump gasket to the engine.
2.
Install the water pump to the engine.
3.
Apply sealant to the bolt threads, use GM P/N 12346004 or equivalent.
NOTICE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
4.
Install the water pump attaching bolts.

Tighten the water pump attaching bolts to
25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.).
