Compact Disc Player (CD): Service and Repair

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

1. Remove the instrument panel trim plate filler.
2. Remove the instrument panel trim plate.
3. Press down on the retaining tabs in order to unlock the CD player (1) from the mounting bracket.
4. Slide the CD player from the mounting bracket (5).
5. Disconnect the electrical connector from the CD player.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Connect the electrical connector to the CD player (1).
2. Slide the CD player into the mounting bracket (5).
3. Press the CD player inward in order to engage the retaining tabs (3).
4. Install the instrument trim plate.
5. Install the instrument panel trim plate filler.
