Timing Chain and Sprockets Installation

1. Install the keyway in the crankshaft.
2. Install the crankshaft sprocket with the reluctor wheel square bosses facing the front.

IMPORTANT:
^ Do not damage the reluctor wheel square bosses.
^ Align the timing marks.

3. Install the camshaft sprocket with the timing chain with the mark on the sprocket facing the front.





4. Install the fuel injection pump camshaft gear.





5. Install the washer and the bolt.
^ Tighten the bolt to 170 Nm (125 ft. lbs.).
