Mirror Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the upper trim finish panel from the front door.
2. Remove the rear view mirror absorber.
3. Disconnect the rear view mirror wire harness (3), if equipped.




4. Remove the rear view mirror nuts (2).
5. Remove the rear view mirror (1).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the rear view mirror (1).





NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the rear view mirror nuts (2).

Tighten
Tighten the nuts (2) to 5.6 N.m (49.6 lb in).

3. Connect the rear view mirror wire harness (3), if equipped.
4. Install the rear view mirror absorber.
5. Install the front door upper trim finish panel.
