Oil Level Sensor: Service and Repair

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Raise the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
2. Drain the engine oil.
3. Disconnect the electrical connector from Engine Oil Level Switch (1).
4. Remove the Engine Oil Level Switch (1) from the oil pan.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the Engine Oil Level Switch (1).
2. Connect the electrical connector to Engine Oil Level Switch (1).
3. Lower the vehicle.
4. Fill the engine oil to the proper level.
