Relay/Fuse Center Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Open and support the hood.
2. Remove the bolt at the electrical center at the upper tie bar.
3. Rotate the electrical center up on the right front end sheet metal diagonal brace.
4. Unsnap the retainers in order to remove the electrical center from the front end sheet metal diagonal brace.
5. Reposition the electrical center from the right front end sheet metal diagonal brace.
6. Remove the connectors from the electrical center.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the connectors to the electrical center.
2. Reposition the electrical center to the right front sheet metal diagonal brace.
3. Snap the electrical center retainers to the front end sheet metal diagonal brace.
4. Rotate the electrical center down.
5. Align the electrical center to the fender and the upper tie bar.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

6. Install the bolt to the electrical center at the upper tie bar.

Tighten
Tighten the bolt to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

7. Close the hood.
