Hot Mode
Scan Tool Displays Active or Inactive. ON displayed indicates that the
PCM has detected conditions appropriate for Transaxle hot mode operation. The PCM determines this base on Transaxle fluid temperature. While in Hot Mode, Transaxle shift points may be altered, 4th gear disabled, and the
TCC forced ON in 2nd gear.
