Front Bumper Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the grille. Refer to Grille Replacement (Grille Replacement) in Body Front End.




2. Remove the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (Service and Repair) .
3. Remove the bracket bolts from the impact bar.
4. Remove the impact bar from the vehicle.



Installation Procedure

1. Install the impact bar to the brackets.
2. Install the impact-bar-to-bracket bolts.

Tighten the impact-bar-to-bracket bolts to 58 N.m (43 lb ft).





3. Install the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (Service and Repair) .
4. Install the grille. Refer to Grille Replacement (Grille Replacement) in Body Front End.
