The RESUME Function

Use the RESUME function in order to reactivate the cruise control system after the system has been disengaged by pressing the brake pedal. Momentarily depressing the RESUME/ACCEL switch will reactivate the system, causing the vehicle to accelerate to the previously set speed.

The RESUME function will not operate under the following circumstances:
^ The ON/OFF switch has been cycled since the last time the cruise control was active.
^ The ignition has been switched OFF since the last time the cruise control was active.
^ The vehicle speed is below the minimum speed of 40 km/h (25 mph) required for the operation of the cruise control system.
