Mode Valve Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the engine cover.
2. Remove the center floor air outlet.
3. Disconnect the vacuum connector.
4. Remove the valve, inner mode door (1), outside air recirculation door (3), outer mode door (4), by unsnapping the valve from the heater case.
5. Disconnect the linkage from the valve.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Connect the linkage to the valve, inner mode door (1), outside air recirculation door (3) and outer mode door (4).
2. Install the valve by snapping the valve to the heater case.
3. Connect the vacuum connector.
4. Install the center floor air outlet.
5. Install the engine cover.
