Cruise Control Cable Adjustment
The cruise control cable lash should be automatically set within
0.0-4.0 mm (0.0-0.2 in) when the cable is installed. If an adjustment is necessary, use the following procedure:
1.
Twist the cruise control cable connector screw end clockwise or counterclockwise until the lash is within specifications.
2.
Allow the throttle lever to return to the idle position.
