Radiator Air Baffle Assemblies and Deflectors (Side)

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the upper radiator mounting bolts (25 series).
2. Reposition the radiator to allow access to the radiator baffle retainers (25 series).
3. Remove the radiator baffle retainers.
4. Remove the radiator baffle.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the radiator baffle.
2. Install the radiator baffle retainers.
3. Reposition the radiator (25 series).

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

4. Install the upper radiator mounting bolts (25 series).
Tighten the bolts to 25 Nm(18 ft. lbs.).
