Cruise Release Switch Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the IP drivers knee bolster reinforcement.
2. Remove the following components from the vehicle:
^ The plastic retainer (1)
^ The left I/P outer air outlet duct (2)




3. Disconnect the cruise control release switch electrical connector (3).
4. Loosen the cruise control release switch locknut.
5. Remove the cruise control release switch (1) with the locknut from the clutch pedal bracket by unscrewing it in the counterclockwise direction.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the cruise control release switch (1) to the clutch pedal bracket by screwing it in a clockwise direction. Secure the release switch with the locknut.
2. Connect the cruise control release switch electrical connector (3).




3. Install the left I/P outer air outlet duct (2) to the vehicle. Secure the duct with the plastic retainer (1).
4. Install the IP drivers knee bolster reinforcement.
