Underhood Fuse Block Replacement (A/C Harness)

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the relays from the fuse block bracket.
2. Refer to Main And A/C Harness Routing Views in Diagrams.
Disconnect the following:
^ The air conditioning A/C relay
^ The A/C fuse
^ The A/C condenser fan relay
^ C101
^ C103
^ G105 next to the radiator
^ The refrigerant pressure switch
^ The A/C condenser fan motor
^ The A/C compressor clutch connector
3. Remove the harness from the retainers.
4. Remove the harness (1) from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the harness (1) to the vehicle.
2. Install the harness to the retainers.
3. Refer to Main And A/C Harness Routing Views in Diagrams.
Connect the following:
^ The air conditioning A/C relay
^ The A/C fuse
^ The A/C condenser fan relay
^ C101
^ C103
^ G105 next to the radiator
^ The refrigerant pressure switch
^ The A/C condenser fan motor
^ The A/C compressor clutch connector
4. Install the relays to the fuse block bracket.
