Door Module: Service and Repair

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the door trim panel.




2. Remove the screws attaching the door control module.
3. Disconnect the electrical connectors.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Position the door control module to the door.
2. Connect the electrical connectors.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Install the screws attaching the module.

Tighten
Tighten the door control module attaching screws to 3 N.m (27 lb in).




4. Install the door trim panel.
5. Program the door control module (DCM). Refer to DCM Programming/RPO Configuration.
