Air Duct: Service and Repair
AIR DISTRIBUTION DUCTS REPLACEMENT - AUXILIARYREMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the left rear quarter trim panel.
2. Remove the clips that are retaining the air ducts.
3. Remove the mid upper air distribution duct from the C-pillar.
4. Remove the bottom air distribution duct from the C-pillar.
5. Remove the middle air distribution duct bolts.
6. Remove the middle air distribution duct from the auxiliary HVAC module assembly.
7. Remove the middle air distribution duct from the rear quarter.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the middle air distribution duct to the rear quarter.
2. Install the middle air distribution duct to the auxiliary HVAC module assembly.
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
3. Install the middle air distribution duct bolts.
Tighten
Tighten the screws to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
4. Install the bottom air distribution duct to the C-pillar.
5. Install the mid upper air distribution duct to the C-pillar.
6. Install the retaining clips to the air duct system.
7. Install the left rear quarter trim panel.
