Radiator Hose Replacement - Outlet

^ J38185 Hose Clamp Pliers

Removal Procedure





1. Drain the coolant.
2. Disconnect the outlet hose from the water pump housing using the J38185.
3. Disconnect the outlet hose from the radiator using the J38185.
4. Remove the outlet hose.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the outlet hose in position and align the marks on the hose.
2. Connect the outlet hose to the radiator using the J38185.
3. Connect the outlet hose to the water pump housing using the J38185.

Important: To properly fill the system you must use of the air bleed vents.

4. Refill the coolant.
