Windshield Washer Pump: Service and Repair

WASHER PUMP REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

IMPORTANT: The front and rear washer pump replacement procedures are the same.




1. Disconnect the electrical connector from the washer pump.
2. Disconnect the hose from the washer pump.




3. Using a small flat-bladed tool, remove the washer pump from the washer solvent container.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Align the washer pump to the washer solvent container and press in until firmly seated.




2. Connect the hose to the washer pump.
3. Connect the electrical connector from the washer pump.
