Master Cylinder Fluid Level Sensor Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Disconnect the electrical connector from the Brake Fluid Level sensor (3).





2. Disconnect the fluid level switch using needle nose pliers in order to compress the switch locking tabs (1) at the inboard side of the master cylinder.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the Brake Fluid Level sensor into the master cylinder reservoir (2) until the locking tabs (1) snap into place.





2. Connect the electrical connector to the Brake Fluid Level sensor (3).
