Recirculation Door Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the HVAC module assembly from the vehicle.
2. Remove the recirculation actuator from the HVAC module assembly.
3. Remove the 2 screws holding the recirculation actuator housing to the HVAC module assembly.
4. Remove the recirculation actuator housing from the HVAC module assembly.
5. Remove the recirculation door from the recirculation housing.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the recirculation door to the recirculation housing.
2. Install the recirculation actuator housing to the HVAC module assembly.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Install the recirculation actuator housing screws.

Tighten
Tighten the housing screws to 1 N.m (9 lb in).

4. Install the recirculation actuator to the HVAC module assembly.
5. Install the HVAC module assembly to the vehicle.
