Carpet Replacement - Intermediate (Convertible)

Removal Procedure




1. Slide the seats forward.
2. Open the folding top stowage lid.




3. Remove the stowage lid extension panel.
4. Remove the stowage lid extension panel bracket.
5. Pull the carpet from under the adjoining panels.
6. Remove the intermediate carpet.

Installation Procedure




1. Position the carpet to the intermediate body panel.
2. Tuck the carpet under the adjoining panels and over the floor carpet.




3. Install the stowage lid bracket.
4. Install the stowage lid extension panel with the manual release cable extending out from under the extension panel.
5. Close the stowage lid and check the operation of the latch.
