Headliner Replacement - Roof Lift Off Panel

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the roof panel.




2. Remove the headliner from the roof panel by peeling away the glued areas of the headliner from the roof panel.
3. Remove any adhesive residue from the roof panel headliner contact area.

Installation Procedure




1. Remove the protective covering from the adhesive on the headliner contact areas.
2. Install the headliner to the roof lift off panel.

1. Place the forward edge of headlining against the forward frame of the roof.
2. Press firmly on the adhesive contact areas to engage the adhesive.
3. Using a spatula, tuck the headliner between the roof panel and the roof frame.




3. Install the roof lift off panel.
