Turn Signal Switch Housing - Disassemble - Off Vehicle (Tilt)

Caution: Refer to SIR Caution in Service Precautions.





1. Disable the inflatable restraint steering wheel module.
2. Remove the steering column tilt head components.
3. Remove the turn signal and multifunction switch assembly only.
4. Slide the turn signal switch housing off of the steering column shaft assembly.

Turn Signal Switch Housing - Assemble - Off Vehicle (Tilt)

Important: The Switch mounting bracket must be pressed firmly against the steering column tilt head.





1. Slide the turn signal switch housing onto the steering column shaft assembly.
2. Install the turn signal and multifunction switch assembly only.
3. Install the steering column tilt head components.
4. Enable the inflatable restraint steering wheel module.
