Window Replacement - Rear Quarter

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the body side rear upper garnish molding. Refer to Garnish Molding Replacement - Body Side Rear Upper (Garnish Molding Replacement - Body Side Rear Upper) in Interior Trim.




2. Remove the bearing bushing screw.




3. Remove the retaining nuts from the rear quarter window hinge studs.
4. Remove the rear quarter window from the vehicle.



Installation Procedure

1. Install the rear quarter window to the vehicle.





Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the retaining nuts to the rear quarter window hinge studs.

Tighten the rear quarter window hinge stud nuts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).





3. Install the bearing bushing retaining screw.

Tighten the bearing bushing screw to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

4. Install the body side rear upper garnish molding. Refer to Garnish Molding Replacement - Body Side Rear Upper (Garnish Molding Replacement - Body Side Rear Upper) in Interior Trim.
