Wiper Arm Replacement

WIPER ARM REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the washer hose from the wiper arm.
2. Lift the wiper arm assembly from the windshield, then pull the retaining latch.

IMPORTANT: Before removing one or both of the arm and blade assemblies, use a suitable marker on the windshield to indicate the proper part position and to aid in reinstallation.

3. Remove the arm assembly from the transmission drive shaft.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Position the wiper arm assembly on the drive shaft and press in the retaining latch so that the wiper blade aligns with the mark made before the removal.
2. Install the washer hose.
