Defroster Grille Replacement (Chevrolet)

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the screw from the front of the defroster grille.
2. Remove the defroster grille (1) using a small flat-bladed tool from the instrument panel (I/P) (2).

Installation Procedure




1. Install the defroster grille (1) to the I/P (2), pressing into place until fully seated.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the screw to the front of the defroster grille.

Tighten the screw to 2.3 N.m (20 lb in).
