Cylinder head bolts
Install the new cylinder head bolts
First Pass 60 Nm (44 ft. lbs.)
Final Pass 95 degrees
Upper Intake Manifold 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.)
Lower Intake Manifold
Tighten the vertical lower intake manifold bolts (1) 7 Nm (62 inch lbs.)
Tighten the diagonal lower intake manifold bolts (2) 7 Nm (62 inch lbs.)
Tighten the vertical lower intake manifold bolts (1) 13 Nm (115 inch lbs.)
Tighten the diagonal lower intake manifold bolts (2) 13 Nm (115 inch lbs.)
Exhaust manifold 16 Nm (12 ft. lbs.)
