Seat Back Cover and Pad - Rear Split Folding
SEAT BACK COVER AND PAD - REAR SPLIT FOLDINGREMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the split/folding rear seat back.
2. Remove the pivot bolt and bushing from the seat back.
3. Disconnect the hook and loop strip which retains the rear seat back cover and pull back to access the staples.
4. Remove the stables from the seat back cover.
5. Reach inside of the seat back cover in order to unfasten the hook and loop retainers which secure the seat back cover to the pad.
6. Remove the seat back cover from the pad.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the seat back cover to the seat back pad.
2. Use firm hand pressure in order to fasten the hook and loop retainers, securing the seat back cover to the pad.
3. Install the cover to the rear seat back.
4. Install the new stables to the rear seat back.
5. Use firm hand pressure in order to fasten the hook and loop retainer on the seat back cover.
6. Install the pivot bolt and bushing to the rear seat back.
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
Tighten
Tighten the pivot bolt to 8 N.m (70 lb in).
7. Install the split/folding rear seat back.
