Air Injection Control Valve: Service and Repair

SECONDARY AIR INJECTION (AIR) SHUT-OFF VALVE REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Raise vehicle.
2. Remove vacuum line from shut-off valve.
3. Remove crossover hose from shut-off valve.
4. Remove shut-off valve from pump outlet hose.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the shut-off valve to the pump outlet hose.
2. Install crossover hose to the shut-off valve.
3. Install vacuum line to shut-off valve.
4. Lower vehicle.
