Recirculation Door

RECIRCULATION DOOR REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the HVAC module assembly from the vehicle.
2. Remove the two screws holding the recirculation actuator housing to the module.
3. Remove the recirculation actuator and housing from the module.
4. Remove the recirculation door.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the recirculation door.
2. Install the recirculation actuator and housing to the module.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Install the recirculation actuator housing screws.

Tighten the housing screws to 1 N.m (9 lb in).

4. Install the HVAC Module assembly to the vehicle.
